ALTEX Engineering Limited recognises that all employees can in some way affect the quality of product and service provided and therefore will endeavour to ensure that the requirements of the system are communicated and that everyone understands their Business Operating System responsibilities.
Performance data generated from the system shall be published. It shall be used to measure the effectiveness of the Business Operating System and as a method of identifying areas of further improvement.
Due attention will be paid to the relevant statutory and regulatory legal requirements in the execution of its business.
The design and content of the system shall be formally reviewed for continued suitability at regular intervals.
